Group Tour Requests
Binghamton University offers a limited number of group tour opportunities for 15-50 prospective students and chaperones. Each visit includes a student-led walking tour lasting approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Availability is subject to change. We are unable to guarantee that your request will be approved; group tour availability may be restricted during certain times of the year.

Binghamton University's dining provider is changing and lunch options may vary based on your visit date. Please reach out to gtours@binghamton.edu for more information.
While visiting, groups must respect our students, faculty, staff and grounds. Any issues may result in future visit requests for your group being denied. We reserve the right to end the visit for inappropriate behavior. All groups are required to have 1 chaperone for every 15 students. Chaperones must stay with their groups at all times. If your group is split, the ratio must remain 1 chaperone for every 15 students.
Summer 2026
Group tour requests for Summer 2026 are currently full. If you'd like to be considered should space become available, complete the Summer Group Tour Waitlist Request Form at least 2 weeks prior to your requested visit date.
SUMMER 2026 WAITLIST REQUEST
Fall 2026
Group tours requests are currently open for Fall 2026 semester. Complete the Fall Group Tour Request Form by September 14, 2026. We will begin processing fall requests on September 8 and you will receive communication from us no later than September 21.
